Privacy Policy

PropertyDB (“we”, “us”) is a private workspace for property agents. This policy explains what personal data we handle and how we protect it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Account details you provide (name, email, agency, CEA registration).
• Data you bring in — stock lists, listings, client records and related documents.
• Usage and device information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To provide the service: extracting, verifying, matching, scheduling and exporting your data.
• To keep your account secure and to support you.
• We do not sell your personal data.

How we protect it

• Encryption in transit and at rest.
• Per-agent isolation (row-level security) — your data is not shared agency-wide.
• Co-broke is the only cross-agent path, and it shares a redacted snapshot you choose to publish.
• Identifiers are stripped before any content is sent to an AI model.

Your choices

• Access, correct or export your data at any time.
• Delete your account — see our Data Deletion policy.
• Contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@propertydb.sg.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. On account deletion, data is removed after a 7-day grace period.
