Data Deletion

You are never locked out of your own data. You can delete your PropertyDB account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

• From the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Or email privacy@propertydb.sg from your registered address.

What happens next

• Your account is immediately deactivated and hidden.
• A 7-day grace period begins, during which you can fully reactivate and recover everything.
• After 7 days, your personal data and content are permanently removed.

What is removed

• Your account, clients, listings, documents and activity.
• Any redacted snapshots you published to the co-broke network are withdrawn.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, transaction or tax records), kept only for as long as legally necessary.
